Motivating them is key to drive the retail business as well as to create emotional bond with our Customers.
To engage them all and to mark our gratitude and recognition,
we designed an unprecedented reward event from 16th to 18th of October 2023:
the LANCÔME BEAUTY ADVISORS CELEBRATION EVENT.
As nothing is ever too much for them who carry out our brand with so much passion and dedication each and every day, they were invited to a 3 days event in Paris, filled with Lancôme grandeur.
The whole experience culminated into the extraordinary gala dinner and celebration night under the pyramid of le Louvre on 17th of October during which we welcomed over 200 guests from 24 countries, in the presence of Françoise Lehmann, Elif Ikiz, and our special guest, Isabella Rossellini.
An emotional tribute for our Beauty Advisors and a recognition to their excellence in customer service that climaxed with the award ceremony dedicated to 115 of them, exceptional achievers.
