2023 was a fantastic year for us, the icing on the cake was definitely our Beauty Advisors Celebration Day, an important part of the new CRM program for Beauty Advisors.
This celebration, held under the pyramid of Le Louvre, with over 180 Beauty Advisors from all around the world was an incredible moment to reward and celebrate them. Congratulations to you for also playing it big locally. This CRM program for Beauty Advisors will be fully deployed in 2024.
We are so grateful to have you as partners and as we look ahead into this new year, we can’t wait to continue collaborating with all of you. Our next Retail & Education Seminar will be held this June in Grasse. This will be the perfect opportunity to share all together, celebrate and present new exciting projects that will build an even stronger Lancôme Brand in the coming years.
